Not your normal Florist shop… well, actually not a shop at all! We are a small team predominantly working solo from home at 77 Racecourse Road in Ashburton. I am also an Acrylic & ceramic artist (making ceramic flowers and totems for the garden) and a very average golfer! All of which fill up my week and mean I’m not always available to answer phone calls.

‘Flowers at the Gate’ is just that...an easy and accessible option for buying your Florist created bouquets without any of the hassle of parking in town. Our Flower Fridge at the gate is OPEN EVERYDAY 7am - 7pm in Summer, 8am - 6pm in Winter. Simply drive up, select from our $50, $30 or $20 bouquets, $50 Box Bouquets and $20 mini posies (in green foam) then pay by cash into the locked mailbox, or by online banking (details on the gate). We do not have credit card options but can accept PayPal with additional 10% surcharge. Flowers can be collected outside these hours if you let me know in advance.

If you are wishing to place larger orders then txt me the details on 027 313 0615 and I’ll confirm ASAP with our online banking details. Otherwise you can try ringing. Please note that although we are open 7 days a week at the gate, we are not on call for orders over weekends or public holidays without prior arrangement.

Local weekday deliveries can be arranged with adequate notice but please indicate what is a good time for delivery so we don’t have to leave the flowers out in the weather.

Ashburton town boundary $10, Tinwald town boundary $15, Christchurch/ Timaru / Methven $20. (Rural Deliveries are not available unless accessible by our courier)

• Coursages (orders must be in by Wednesday), Graduation flowers from $75 and
• Funeral Flowers Made with Love for casket or memorial.

Naturally Mothers Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas are massive times for our small team so pre-orders are absolutely advised as answering the phone for last minute orders is nearly impossible when our hands are full making up flowers.
